My friend, Cindy Albight, received a ramp this summer and it has changed her life. What a wonderful program. Cindy can now enjoy leaving her house with ease and in safety. Great work volunteers!
ReplyDeleteWhat an incredible initiative! Ramp Up Marathon County is truly making a difference in the lives of lower-income residents with mobility issues. Providing wheelchair ramps and specialized steps at no cost to the service recipient is a testament to the generosity and compassion of the volunteers and local businesses involved. It's heartwarming to see organizations like Habitat for Humanity® of Wausau partnering with the community to improve accessibility and enable individuals to remain in their own homes. While the focus here is on physical construction, it's also worth considering the accessibility tools available online, such as ramp calculators in Australia, which can assist in designing and planning such projects.
