Ramp Up Marathon County is a community partnership building ramps for those in financial need.
Construction of our organization has been slow and deliberate. We have carefully measured the need for various skills and assembled a dedicated team of organization representatives and dedicated volunteers who, together, are committed to helping those with mobility issues have safe access to their homes, and from their homes to the community.
It's amazing how the lack of a safe way to enter and exit a home inhibits and endangers someone in a walker or wheelchair as well as their family and other caretakers. Our goal is to help remove at least that one barrier and help people remain connected to our community and its many resources.
