Ramp Up Marathon County completed another wheelchair ramp for a Marathon County resident the week of May 15, 2015.We thought you'd enjoy checking out some photos from the build.
The minimal slope of this ramp means that this gentleman can get up and down the ramp - and subsequently in and out of his house - all on his own. He is able to maintain his independence and get to and from frequent medical appointments.
Ramp Up Marathon County designer Dick Lehmann typically spends hours of volunteer time reviewing the site and creating the building plans and materials list. Here are designs for two different ramp projects underway by Ramp Up Marathon County.
